Shipping Policies

If in stock most orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, usually not more than 10 business days. Feel free to contact us for availability of any items.

We ship via UPS in the continental 48 states using flat fee shipping rates of $10.95 for ground or $25.95 for overnight shipping - no minimum order.   

Sales Tax charge of 7% for orders placed within New York. 

For our friends in Canada, all orders need to be placed through PayPal and shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority.   We are sorry to have to charge so much for shipping to our northern friends, but, unfortunately, shipping is expensive to Canada.  Also, for Canadian orders especially, we would appreciate being contacted to check for availability on your items. 

Return Policy

GPS Navigation Connection offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@gpsnavigationconnection or call 518-681-9899 and be sure to provide the original invoice number,product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the GPS Navigation Connection for details.

Backorder Policy

If the item you order is on backorder we will notify you by email and keep you updated regularly on it's arrival.  

Damaged Goods Policy

Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
